August 23rd Melee at Roswell - Roswell, OH .
Hail Midrealm and Friends, If you didn't
get enough melee fighting at Pennsic or didn't get to go, come join
Alderford for Melee at Roswell. This is a wonderful opportunity to get
one more weekend of camping in before the chill of winter is here.
There will be plenty of archery as well including a woods walk with
a target rich environment. (And that's after the fighters are done in
the woods.)If classes are your thing, there are 2 tracks of classes this year. Finish out your day with a family style potluck at no extra charge. The meats (and veggie burgers) will be provided by Alderford, just bring a dish to pass and your favorite beverage. The Marche of Gwyntarian is pleased to announce that they will be hosting an event this fall! Road to Alexandria will be held on Saturday, November 1st, 2008. The event will focus on the Crusades that impacted the area known as Alexandria. Activities will include fencing, fighting (weather permitting), Artisan's Row (tentative), classes, feast by Zillah and lunch by the Dead Parrot Tavern! There may also be a baronial court, at Their Excellencies' discretion..

June 21st Three Towers is hosting Encampment VIII: Siege the Dane.
Lord Gaelen O'Grady is the class coordinator for the event and is looking for teachers.
